Change of Use - Structural Work

The brief was to remove a structural wall which separated the kitchen and dining area's to create a new family room. The kitchen was then re-located to the existing extension and the old utility given a re-vamp to match. As the family room is in the centre of the house it was important to maximise natural light and we achieved this by adding a large Velux roof dome. The new kitchen is much more suited to family life and socialising.
